Founded in 1994 out of Boston, Massachusetts, Insurance Express.com is widely recognized as a regional leader providing Insurance products. Financial Services and Professional Consulting in Florida, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Historical business evolvement below highlights our achievements to date:

• 1994- Raymond and Gene Graceffo (brothers/partners) began a State Farm Agency in Salem, New Hampshire, referred to as Graceffo Insurance Agency.
• In the very first month of opening, we became the top producers of Personal Lines Business in the North Atlantic Region. As a result our insurance agency was awarded the "Top Personal Lines Agency of The Month", and with every following month the same distinction.
• In regards to adding new clients, we emerged as the fastest growing State Farm Agency in the entire country!
• Our agency was awarded the distinction of President's Club for Auto Production the first year of our eligibility.
• In 1997, we expanded into Massachusetts with the purchase of an Independent Insurance Agency, which later in 2001 became known as Insurance Express.Com.
• In 2001 we purchased an Independent Insurance Agency in West Palm Beach Florida, specializing in commercial insurance (Ironically named Independent Insurance Agency, Inc.)

• In 2003 we left the State Farm Organization to concentrate more fully on our new independent insurance endeavor.
• 2004 found us eager to expand into and explore Florida whereby we purchased a personal lines agency in Orlando, Florida, known as Bogart Insurance Agency Inc. We later renamed it Insurance Express.Com. Also in 2004 we purchased 4 more agencies, one in New Hampshire and 3 in Massachusetts all becoming part of Insurance Express.
• In 2009 we collaborated with "Master Programmer" Greg Hile on a joint venture to create, design and develop a revolutionary Personal Lines Insurance Rating Program which came to be known as QuoteRush.Com.
• In 2011 we created, designed and developed our own proprietary "State of The Art" Processing and Servicing Centers ("Process Express & Service Express") to handle large volumes of new and renewal business while maintaining true Frontline Underwriting for our agency and our agency partners.
• Currently our In-House Agency Lead Generating Call Center consists of over 250 professionals dedicated to accessing the best leads in the industry. Our ability also includes prospecting, quoting, selling and binding.
• Recent distinction of Premier Leader in Insurance Lead Generation awarded to our agency by Insurance Vertical.
• As of 2013 Insurance Express is now one of the largest Personal Lines Agencies in the State Of Florida producing in excess of 1000 Personal Lines Policies on average per month. We are recognized as the fastest growing non-franchise agency in state of Florida.
